Does it slow down my Mac by monitoring constantly?
No. The Stats tool reads system metrics at a low polling interval with negligible CPU cost — typically under 0.1% on modern Apple Silicon.
Does it show GPU usage?
GPU metrics are shown where macOS exposes them. Apple Silicon integrated GPU data is available; discrete GPU metrics depend on the system.
